HARTING Automotive – Partner for Electromobility

designs and produces the charging equipment for electric and plug-in-hybrid vehicles.

HARTING charging cables are available in suitable versions for every AC-charging interface. Therefore they fit the three different versions of charging interfaces worldwide.

For charging at the household plug HARTING provides the connector with temperature sensor. The electronic charging system offers additional safety with PE monitoring, DC fault current detector (RCD) and temperature switch-off.

Founded as a start-up-company in 2010, e-bility, manufacturer of electronic scooters came a long way. From being built up in a garage by Philipp, Daniel and Patrik Tykesson the company managed to grow up to an internationally acknowledged company. More than 25 employees, a showroom and workshops at their site in Remagen are busy corresponding with a by now worldwide network of partners, dealers and distributers. The drive of their main product, the prominent 50ties-like designed electronic scooter “Kumpan electric” is based on eco-friendly and economical electronic energy. The energy of the engine amounts to 2000 watt which makes it possible to cover up to 150 kilometers. To recharge the battery it suffices to plug it into a common electrical output which charges the scooter for 99 cents on 100 kilometers. Obtainable by now there are four models of “Kumpan electric”, reaching from 2,7 up to 3,8 hp. The launch of the battery-powered pedal scooter available in two different versions is about to come.
